Welcome to our practice!
To share with you my treatment philosophy, my mission is to provide you with the highest quality of care using a gentle touch, while maintaining a conservative approach to meet all your dental needs. I want to formally educate my patients on their oral health status, provide them with options for treatment, and allow them to make an informed decision based on a proposed treatment plan. My patient becomes my top priority, and my primary goal is to restore and maintain optimal oral health.
Prior to becoming a dentist, I received my bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from University of California, Davis. After working in the biotechnology field for several years, I then earned my DDS degree from the University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry, where I pursued my interest working with community service and public health. At UCSF, I became highly involved serving as director for the Community Dental Clinic, a non-profit community service organization that provided dental services to underserved populations of the San Francisco/Bay area region. In addition to working at our practice, I pursued my love for teaching by previously serving as an Assistant Clinical Professor at UCSF, where I mentored third and fourth year dental students as they worked on patients in a clinical setting.
I believe dentistry is a lifelong learning opportunity. I continue to stay up to date with the latest updates and technology advancements in dentistry through my involvement in continuing education courses and study clubs. I am currently an active member in various professional organizations including the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Contra Costa Dental Society.
I am happily married to my long-time college sweetheart, whom I am also fortunate enough to work alongside with as my dental partner in the practice. As San Ramon residents, we love being part of such a wonderful community. We are blessed with three beautiful children, Madison, Preston, Braydon, and a dog named Max. As a family, we enjoy traveling, spending time with our families, and staying active at our local church.

I am a proud native of the Bay Area. Born in San Francisco and raised in San Mateo, I have always had a calling to serve people and care for others. I learned at a young age what it means to serve with compassion. I am truly humbled to find this calling through dentistry as a way to serve my patients and contributing to the improvement of their oral health.
Prior to becoming a dentist, I received my bachelor's degree in Biology with an emphasis in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from University of California, Davis. I then earned my DDS degree from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, where I pursued my interest working with community service. I participated in mission trips under the Christian Medical and Dental Association (CMDA) , traveling to indigenous communities around the Philippines and providing essential healthcare services to those in need.
My heart for service goes beyond dentistry. I have been a part of the San Ramon community for over 15 years, providing care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I find it truly rewarding to play a part in their progress toward gaining functional skills and capabilities.
I continue to stay up to date with the latest dental techniques and technology through my involvement with continuing education.
